The finals of the Bosch design competition have been broadcast on the Heureka show at DunaTV hungarian channel. Our design called Molnárka have won the competition. The program is in Hungarian, but you can download the video with english subtitle from here.

Molnárka is an engined boat capable for lifting its hull about 4 meters (~13 ft) above water, at any point on still water surface. The development of the concept was based on a university tender aiming to design a rescue base that can be optionally placed for sighting, so the rescue procedure can be immediately initiated from water, after notice of emergency.

Student inventions from 2009 InPulse competition presented Apple-preserving cushion, vacuum refrigerator, rescue boat that floats above the water, urban traffic jam minimisation system, braceletshaped control system, 21st century calliper gauge, time machine.
Hatvan – On 20 November, an extraordinary exhibition opening put on display the innovations reaching the final of the InPulse National Engineering Competition, organised by the Association of Hungarian Engineering Students (IAESTE). Under the title Race for Time, this test of creativity and innovation attracted entries by more than 50 teams from mechanical and electrical engineering faculties of Hungarian universities.
